ENROLL YOUR CHILD TO CHESS IN YOUR SCHOOL
Dear parents, thank you for choosing to register electronically for the chess at your school. Fields marked with an * are mandatory. Chess is intended for children from 2nd to 9th grade (7 to 15 years). Please fill out the registration form below, and we look forward to seeing you at chess soon.
The monthly tuition for the chess school is 25 €. You will receive an invoice via the email you provide on the registration form. Upon your request, it is possible to pay the tuition for the entire school year, 10 months in total. We are always available for further information.

Contents of the chess school for teaching chess to children aged 7 to 14
We offer children a quality chess program at school during extracurricular activities. They will discover the secrets of the royal game from experienced mentors and, if they wish, participate in their first chess competitions.
ANNUAL PROGRAM OVERVIEW - WHAT THE CHILDREN WILL LEARN
1st Semester
- Chessboard and pieces
- How the pieces move
- Attacking and capturing pieces
- Pawn - rules of movement, pawn promotion into other pieces
- Defending pieces
- Check - how to give it, how to defend against it
- Checkmate (1) - checkmate positions, what is checkmate, how to checkmate
- Checkmate (2) - checkmate in 1 move, checkmate in 2 moves, how to defend against checkmate
2nd Semester
- Castling - a special move with two pieces, small and large castling, when castling is possible, why castling is useful
- Profitable exchange of pieces
- Double attack
- Draw
- Checkmating with the Queen
- Special move: “En Passant”
- Chess notation
- Chess clock - how to use it during a game
Chess encourages children to think in a structured manner, trains them to solve problems, improves long-term concentration, and thus indirectly contributes to better academic success in other subjects. Join us on a wonderful chess journey!
